1. Popcorn is a good source of protein. Per 100g popcorn contains 12.7 mg protein. This is not quite so good as meat but better than vegetables, bread, candy, milk, oatmeal, soups and many other foods.

3. Popcorn contains 11mg of calcium and 2.8 mg of phosphorous per 100g.
